India gets Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 series

The Redmi Note 12 series, which includes the Note 12 Pro+ 5G, Note 12 Pro, and Note 12 5G, was introduced on Thursday for Indian consumers by the leading global technology brand Xiaomi.

All three models of the Redmi Note 12 5G—the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G (starting at Rs 24,999), the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G (starting at Rs 29,999), and the Redmi Note 12 5G—will be sold through the company’s official website and online and physical retailers.

Anuj Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer, Xiaomi India, said at the launch of the Super Note, “The Redmi Note 12 series carries this tradition forward, bringing features like the greatest ever resolution seen on a smartphone camera, top-notch display quality, cutting-edge connectivity, and insanely fast charging speeds, all at the trademark honest price that marks Xiaomi’s product portfolio.”

According to the article, the Xiaomi 12 Pro+ 5G’s 200-megapixel pro-grade HPX Sensor and super optical image stabilization (OIS) make sure that consumers obtain pictures with unrivaled quality and mind-boggling detail.

The 50-megapixel Sony IMX 766 primary sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS) on the 12 Pro 5G enable greater low-light performance and rock-steady videos.

The 12 Pro 5G has a 5000mAh battery, compared to the 12 Pro+ 5G’s 4980mAh.

The 12 Pro 5G will charge completely in just 15 minutes with a 67W charger, while the 12 Pro+ 5G will charge completely in just 19 minutes with a 120W HyperCharge adaptor.

Both the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G and the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G have svelte, cutting-edge designs.

According to the firm, the 12 Pro 5G is one of the slimmest Redmi Notes ever at 7.9 mm, while the 12 Pro+ 5G is only 8.9 mm thin.

These Super Notes have IP 53 splash resistance in addition to Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Redmi Note 12 5G also features a 6.67-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass protection, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits.

According to the business, the phone has a triple camera setup with a 48-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera designed specifically for the Indian market. This allows users to capture a broader field of vision.

The latest Snapdragon 4 Generation 1 chip, which powers the phone, provides fluid multitasking and slick overall performance.

A 5000mAh battery and a 33W charger are included in the box.
